Why your listing needs a complete founder profile

Finish your founder profile at /account/founder to ship your listing live. Incomplete profiles keep listings in holding.

Updated

Ship your profile first

Before your listing goes live on Rapid Launches, your founder profile must be complete. A drafted or paid listing will hold in place until you fill it in—nothing is lost, and the moment you finish, it releases automatically.

What your profile needs

Head to /account/founder and add:

  • A photo and a one-line description of it
  • Your full name and your title or role
  • Your country
  • A short bio (at least 80 characters)
  • At least one personal link: your own website or a personal social profile (not company pages)

City is optional. A founder story link is optional too.

What happens next

If you've already paid for a launch week, we hold it. Once your profile is complete, your listing releases at once. If that week has passed, we push it into this week (still paid) or into the next free-queue week, and we tell you which.

Bring your co-founders

Invite co-founders from the Team section in /account/founder. They show on your product page once their own profiles are complete.

Questions people ask

Can I launch before my profile is ready?
No. A listing waits in holding until your founder profile is complete. Payment clears and stays reserved, but the listing won't go live or be scheduled until you finish /account/founder.
What if my launch week passes while my profile is incomplete?
Once your profile is done, your listing goes live in the current week (paid) or slides into the next free-queue week. We'll tell you which applies.
Do co-founders need their own profiles?
Yes. Invite them from the Team section at /account/founder, but they only appear on your product once they've completed their own profiles.
