Grab your listing
Go to the listing page and hit "Claim", or navigate straight to /claim/<listing>. You'll become the owner if no one else has claimed it yet, and you can edit everything from there.
Prove you control the domain
Pick one verification method—whichever suits you fastest:
- Email: we'll send a secret link to any address at your company's domain. Click it and you're done.
- DNS TXT record: add one to your root domain.
- Meta tag: drop it on your homepage.
- Verification file: host a small file on your website.
Your verification code expires after 14 days. If it lapses, just start the process again.
What the Verified badge means
Once verified, you own the listing, can edit it whenever you need to, and display the Verified badge. The badge signals you control the domain—it's never for sale and sits separate from paid placement or vote counts. Ship updates fast: verification is yours to keep.

- No. Claiming and verification are free. Payment only applies if you want paid placement options.
- What if my verification code runs out?
- Verification codes expire after 14 days. Start the claiming process again from your listing page.
- Does the Verified badge affect how my listing ranks?
- No. The badge proves you control the domain. Votes and paid placement are separate from verification.
