Pick your channels and pace
Go to /account/notifications to dial in exactly how you want to hear from us. For every notice type, choose your channel: Email, Telegram or Slack. Then set the tempo: Instant hits you right away, Daily digest bundles them up once a day, Weekly digest rolls them into one weekly round-up, or Off silences that type entirely. If you use Slack or Telegram, you bring your own bot or webhook—we'll guide you through it. Chat channels let you add optional quiet hours so you're not pinged when you're not working.
Notices you can't switch off
A few stay mandatory. You'll always get: receipts, refunds, payment problems, disputes, alerts when a listing gets held for your founder profile, listing status changes, missing badge notifications, and security notices (new device sign-in, email change, that sort of thing). These are the essentials you need to lap the field safely.
Unsubscribe in one click
Every notice email carries a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Hit it and you'll mute just that notice type—no account changes needed.
Questions people ask
- Can I turn off security and payment alerts?
- No. Receipts, refunds, payment issues, disputes, security events, and listing status changes stay on. Everything else is yours to control.
- How do I use Slack or Telegram notifications?
- You set up your own bot or webhook at /account/notifications. We walk you through the setup for each service.
- Can I silence chat notifications at certain times?
- Yes. Slack and Telegram channels support optional quiet hours so alerts hold off during your downtime.
