Customer-facing stuff slows launches down. The Support Queen is Nia Lock's answer: a consultant who also writes code, ready to tighten up how people find you, buy from you and get help. Pick a lap that suits you. Get Nia's advice and ship the changes yourself, or hand over the job and let it be built for you. Because Nia develops as well as advises, the plan doesn't stall on paper. The focus is structural fixes, not just a change of tone. The pit-stop list covers SEO, Google Ads, custom websites, ticket systems, AI integrations, knowledge bases, crisis management, plus custom apps and automation. Nia works remotely from Madrid with online and physical businesses anywhere.

Quick answers

What is the scope of your work?

Everything that faces your customers: SEO, Google Ads, website design and development, bespoke apps, support systems, AI integrations, knowledge bases and crisis management.

Is your role limited to advice, or do you also carry out the work?

Both. Nia is able to construct the workflows, dashboards, integrations and help centres that she suggests.

Do you assist with support powered by AI?

Yes. AI live chat and AI ticketing deal with routine questions, then pass tricky or sensitive cases over to a person.

What happens during a consultation?

We talk through the areas where support is struggling and what a good outcome looks like, and you leave with practical ideas. Any implementation can be scoped jointly afterwards.

Which types of business are your clients?

Online and physical alike. They range from a small company overwhelmed by support, to a salon or gym wanting its own custom billing or customer-retention app, through to big, established names. Past work spans PBN.LTD (a major hosting company) and SEO for Vivastreet. I live in Madrid and serve clients around the world remotely.
