We take it down, you get it back
If our team rejects or removes a paid listing, the refund process is instant. Every payment goes back to your original payment method automatically, and we issue a credit note too. If you paid in crypto, you'll need to give us a payout address first.
Disputes and chargebacks
When a payment is disputed or reversed, your entire order comes down while we resolve it. If we win the dispute, your listing can go back up. If the chargeback stands, it stays down.
